Should men shave their legs?

Whether or not men should shave their legs is a personal choice. I happen to find shaved legs very sexy. Think about it...there's a reason that men find shaved legs appealing - they are soft and smooth to the touch.
We think hairy legs are a masculine trait, but hello ladies...there's a reason you have to spend money on razor blades every month - you have naturally hairy legs too! Of course, somewhere along the way, convention designated that women remove their leg hair. Therefore, we now think of hairless legs as feminine.
Does a man shaving or waxing his legs mean he's gay? Absolutely not! Along with that, if a woman finds shaved legs attractive on a man, it does not mean that she secretly wants to be with a woman.
I, for one, find all body hair unappealing - it's unpleasant to the eye and to the touch. We think of back hair and chest hair as a masculine trait - why is it acceptable for men to remove this hair, but not the hair on their legs?
I don't think any man should feel embarrassed to shave their legs. Many women find it very sexy. However, it is a personal choice and one you might want to run by your partner if you are in a serious relationship.

Carson, I'm sure you are right. It seems to be more acceptable among men of certain cultures/ethnicities, but as for men in general I know body hair is still considered masculine. A girl can dream, right?
I started shaving my legs when I was bicycling. I loved the feeling so much I went ahead and had laser hair removal on all my hair from my face to my toes. The women in my life have never known me with hair.
I just shaven my legs out of necessity. I am putting a roof on my house and was litterally burning up even in 50 degree weather. I shaved my legs as I heard it would be much cooler. Noe I am worred about the comments from family and my SO but I really like the feel and my legs are much cooler.
I myself can also agree on this idea. Why should leg shaving be restricted to the ladies? Why not guys? I think everyone should have the option to shave without having to feel so guilty doing it.
Of course, when you're a guy, you have to shave a bit more often, but it's definitely worth it. Everytime I shave my legs, I feel like I just shed some weight off. Plus it makes my legs look great. :)

Ive been shaving my legs since I was 16, I'm straight nd simply love the feel and look of it. I hate all body hair and nothing is more enjoying and feels better than The feeling of fresh shaved legs and cloths or wind against shaved legs. I'm not ashamed to admit it. People around you get use to it after a while and the comments stop and everything is fine. :)

Marie, this is going to be a tough sell. You're right, it shouldn't be such a big deal for women to accept a hairless man. But men aren't so forgiving, the locker room etc would be brutal for a hairless guy. Those opinions won't change anytime soon. Interesting thought.
